Founded in Parma, Italy in 1983 by the Bollati family, Davines Group began as a research lab crafting private label high-end haircare and skincare. Under the visionary guidance of Chairman Davide Bollati, pharmacist and cosmetic chemist, today the two multi-awarded professional brands Davines and Comfort Zone inspire a world where self-care and care for the planet go hand in hand.
A B Corp since 2016, with its milestone debut in WWD Beauty Inc’s Top 100 global beauty companies in 2023, confirmed for the second time in 2024, the group secured its place among the world’s elite beauty players, proving that profit and planet care can flourish in harmony.

Our Village & Branches
Davines Group Village, our headquarters just outside Parma, was designed by Matteo Thun and Luca Colombo (MTLC) and truly embodies our core values: beauty, sustainability, and well-being.
Spanning 77,000 m², it includes our Scientific Garden, R&D lab, our offices and Education Academy, and our production plant and warehouse.
In addition to the headquarters in Parma - at the Davines Group Village – the group is present in more than 90 countries with branch offices in New York, London, Paris, Deventer (Netherlands), Mexico City, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
